The title 'Seven Wonders' refers to the seven areas of culture - landscape, language, art, science, architecture, religion and meeting, which triggered the presentation of the most valuable artefacts of the region. The exhibition will have an interactive character (the exhibition space will include an educational path in the form of a game), which is to encourage customers even more to explore the cultural wealth of Lower Silesia.

DAGADANA - a Polish-Ukrainian quartet, which combines different musical styles: jazz, folk, electronics. They play wherever they can meet their audience - in clubs, in the desert, in a coal mine, on a raft, in the house of their fans. Their humorous concerts reflect the openness of Slavic culture, the ambassadors of which they consider themselves.

On December 16, 1916, in the palace of Prince Yusupov at 94 Nab. Rieki Mojki four men murdered bearded monk Rasputin, the favourite of the Empress. The conspirators were a parliamentarian, a gay and a transsexual. The first was a minor politician, the other two were significant members of the imperial family. The fourth participant of the dramatic night's event is only known to had been an agent of British intelligence. See: the organizer's website

The Road to Modernity. Housing estates by Werkbund 1927-1932

The exhibition presents all the model housing estates in one place for the first time. It's an opportunity to show the original design of the kitchen, dining room and living area in the estate Neubühl in Zurich, bedroom furnishings from estates in Brno and Stuttgart, or lamps, dishes and toys from the estate Baba in Prague. Especially for the exhibition, prepared were presentations showing the present condition of the Werkbund estates.

Goethe-Institut Pop Up Pavillon/ Digesting History - a foretaste of the opening

The official opening of the Pavilion will take place on April 22 at . pm, but from noon on April 13, a confectionery installation will be on display. The gastronomic metaphors, such as "to have a taste for the city," were created by a German-Polish duo of curator Susanne Prinz and a graduate of Wroclaw Academy of Fine Arts, Olga Lewicka. The material of the unique forms will include gingerbread, marzipan, chocolate and sugar. The models will be made in different scales and will have a height of 5 centimeters to 2 meters.
April 17, starting at 11 am, the installation will be hand over for literal consumption and the residents of Wroclaw will have the opportunity to satisfy their "taste for the city."

Meet the disciplines of The World Games 2017 in Magnolia Park

Visitors to the sports zone in Magnolia Park will learn all about such competitions as floorball, korfball, sumo, boules, bowling, lacrosse, football and canoe polo. There will be special pitches, tracks, canoes, baskets and mats. Also a first aid station will await the participants, where qualified instructors will teach the basics of medical rescue. Visitors will receive theme prizes and gadgets.
Ukrajins'kyj Zriz: Transformations

Ukrajins'kyj Zriz, or Ukrainian Cross-section is an overview of Ukrainian contemporary art. On the six levels of the tenement in Rynek 25 in Wroclaw, from the basement to the roof, created was the largest and most comprehensive exhibition of Ukrainian contemporary art - over fifty artists from all over Ukraine will present painting, sculpture, installation, performance, video art and digital media art.
