Thanks to finish parts used, ATAL Towers buildings will harmonise with the local old-town architecture. Altogether, the investment will contain 451 flats, and shopping & service establishments will be located on ground floors of buildings. Facilities will also be adapted to the needs of disabled persons.
The lower building that began to be built over a year ago will be completed first. It will have six floors on the side of the Oder and seven floors on the side of ul. Sikorskiego. It will contain 159 flats with different usable areas. All of them will be equipped with spacious balconies and, in some cases, with private gardens. In the ground-floor part of the building, there will be 20 service establishments. Apart from that, the building will contain a garage for 181 cars.

The construction of ATAL Towers II – the second building consisting of two tall towers – began in the summer of 2015. After its completion, which is scheduled for the beginning of 2018, this property will certainly dominate the local landscape. The windows of the high-rise buildings will provide a view of the river and the Wroclaw Market Square, and it will also be possible to admire the extensive panorama of Wroclaw from the highest floors.
The first tower will contain 138 flats located on 18 floors. The highest floors will give an exceptional view of the city. The usable area of flats (containing minimum 1 room and maximum 4 rooms) will range from 33 to 114 sq. m. All flats in this building will have a balcony, and some flats situated on the side of the Oder will also have spacious loggias. In order to make daily shopping easier for inhabitants, four service establishments will also be located on the ground floor of the building.

The second tower will contain 154 flats having 1-4 rooms. Usable areas range from single-room flats with the usable area of minimum 34 sq. m. to apartments with the usable area of up to 129 sq. m. The design provides also for 73 tenants’ storage rooms and 119 parking places in the underground garage.
Flats in both buildings of ATAL Towers are already on sale. The price per square meter of a flat depends on the floor where it is situated. Flats on highest floors are the most expensive.
