The plot of land is 26 hectares in size and lies in Amazon's immediate vicinity in Bielany Wroclawskie (it was also purchased form the Agency of Agricultural Property). The location is just perfect: close to Wroclaw, right next door to A4 motorway, Wroclaw ring road and the airport. Private investors paid 75 million PLN for the area. This is one of the highest prices a plot of land would fetch over the last few years in Lower Silesia and the highest in the entire Wroclaw's Agency of Agricultural Property history. The new investor has not revealed his plans as yet. Several ideas, at least in theory, are possible. "The local area development plan provides for the construction of warehouses or factory floors. It can also be converted into commercial or manufacturing area," says Iwona Dyszkiewicz, Head of the Wroclaw branch of the Agency.. The Agency of Agricultural Property has another 50 thousand hectares of land on offer for investment in the entire Lower Silesia area, and in attractive locations, too.
