For JETRO, the exhibition is a chance to support companies with Japanese capital which seek local component and material suppliers. Throughout 2015, JETRO has organised three similar events in three different countries: Brno (Czech Republic), Wroclaw (Poland) and Budapest (Hungary).
The Wroclaw event showcases suppliers to be selected by 16 different Japanese businesseslocated in Poland and elsewhere, including Hungary, England, Germany, Romania, the Netherlands, Belgium and Japan. The expo opens a window of opportunity to Polish component and material suppliers to expand their activity and find new buyers among Japanese businesses.
Participants will have to submit attendance fees and incur travelling and accommodation costs. Each company willing to take part in the event is required to complete an application form and send it via email to the AutoForum Club: [email protected]. Application deadline: 23 October 2015

- Supplier recruitment process and trade talks arrangements
- The supplier recruitment process will be performed through chambers of commerce and Jetro institutional partners as well as other co-organisers. The invitation is complemented with "The List of Items Requested by Japanese Buyers". The list contains the following data: the name of the exhibitor, the exhibitor's website and a list of products/materials/components to be purchased by Japanese partners.
- Based on the list, the suppliers send their applications to the AutoForum Club and provide the name of the company they want to meet.
- JETRO Warszawa and the AutoForum Club analyse application forms and prepare the list of suppliers for the Japanese partners, who in turn choose their preferred exhibitors and send the list back to JETRO.
- JETRO Warszawa prepares a separate agenda for each on the participants.
- All events will be held in English. JETRO offers no translation or interpreting service for visitors.
