Building land and more for sale in Wroclaw
Building land for single- and multifamily housing can be purchased directly from the Municipality of Wroclaw. The register of land for sale and terms and conditions are available at the website of the municipal Property Exchange. Most of the land for sale in the municipality is located in the following residential areas: Stabłowice, Brochów, Maślice, Złotniki and Nowe Żerniki. Starting prices for residential building land in the West and North of the city are estimated at 200-300 PLN per sqm. Land in Krzyki and Oporów fetches nearly twice as much. The web page of the municipal Property Exchange also features land earmarked for commercial, warehousing and manufacturing purposes.
Land from the Agricultural Property Agency
People from the Agricultural Property Agency are expecting much activity on the Wroclaw property market in 2016.
"This is due to a number of intriguing offers to be found in the Agency's portfolio. We are showcasing those plots of land that show the greatest marketing potential. We are offering land in the most attractive locations in Wroclaw, which is much appreciated by the investors," say the Agency's representatives.
Stabłowice
The Agency is seeking buyers for building land in the vicinity of ul Kosmonautów, in Stabłowice. These several plots of land are particularly suitable for residential housing. No pricing has been provided yet. The land should be put out to tender after summer holidays.
Żerniki
The estate offers nearly 118 hectares of land. The area is mainly earmarked for commercial purposes, only part of it to be converted into residential housing and greenery. No pricing has been provided yet. The land should be put out to tender after spring.
Leśnica
A single-family housing estate can be developed in ul Dolnobrzeska in Leśnica. The plot is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery and small housing estates. The land is expected to be put out to tender in spring. The Agricultural Property Agency also has 16 hectares of land immediately by the railway track. The area is particularly suitable for a single-family residential area. The land should be put out to tender after autumn.
Marszowice
Land in Marszowice is estimated to fetch the total price of 7 million PLN. The land for sale is located on the outskirts of the city, in the north-west part of Wroclaw.
Wojszyce
Attractive land is available for sale in ul Smardzowska. This includes several plots suitable for residential housing. They will be put out to tender halfway through the year. Three other plots of land in Wojszyce are expected to be put out to tender this year. The land is located in the vicinity of ul Gałczyńskiego. The local area development plan provides for the construction of a single-family housing estate.
Oporów
Land in Oporów is also an interesting option. The property is adjacent to ul ks Jana Dzierżonia. The land is suitable for single- and multi-family housing and will be put up for sale in the second quarter this year. Land suitable for offices and manufacturing facilities is also available nearby, in ul Kwiatkowskiego. The 0.3-ha plot of land is expected to be put out to tender in autumn this year. The vicinity of ul Kwiatkowskiego is a great location for business.
