"We have virtually renovated the whole interior. We have only decided to keep the historic walls. The brewery has been fitted out with all the necessary equipment. Additionally, our guests can sample beer that is produced right on the spot, at our brewery," says Grzegorz Ziemian from the Browar Stu Mostów in Wroclaw.

Their beer is produced under the watchful eye of two experienced brewers. They have learnt their trade in Poland and in the US. Guests will be served three types of beer, including porter and wheat beer.

"We would like to help people to discover the real taste of beer. We're using natural brewing processes, without any chemicals to speed this up. We are striving to preserve the value of the beer. By the end of the year we will be able to serve six different types," adds Grzegorz Ziemian.

The Browar Stu Mostów has the capacity of 500 thousand litres of beer a year. Their products will be served at local pubs and restaurants in Lower Silesia and the Opole region. Their pub, which is located at the brewery's mezzanine, was officially launched at 7 pm on 11 December.

The pub is open from 4 pm to 1 am (Thursday-Saturday), and from 4 pm to 12 am (Sunday-Wednesday). Prices range from 8 to 11 PLN for 0.3 l and from 11 to 15 for 0.5l
